    This is a three-day (Rain or Shine) festival:

    Day One: Friday – May 14, 2010 – 8:00 p.m.~10:00p.m. (Jazz Amphitheater)

    Day Two: Saturday – May 15, 2010 – 11:30 a.m.~8:00 p.m. (Golf Course)

    Day Three: Sunday – May 16, 2010 – 11:30 a.m.~8:00 p.m. (Golf Course)

  •  Festival Information

    In order to insure the safety and enjoyment of all of our attendees, the following rules will apply.

    • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES Bottled water for personal consumption is allowed. Plastic bottles only and all containers must be sealed at time of admission.

    • CHAIRS and BLANKETS Each person is allowed to bring in one small item to sit on. We suggest you bring a small beach blanket or low back "sand" chair. No table height chairs, patio chairs or chairs with high backs that may interfere with others view of the stage. No chairs will be allowed on the greens of the golf course at any time.

    • ABSOLUTELY NO umbrellas, tents, pets, coolers, glassware, tables, wagons or other large accessory items are allowed. Further, Hyatt staff reserves the right to modify this policy to include any item that may impede the safety and enjoyment of others attending the festival.

    • CAMERAS Personal cameras are allowed – however, no video or recording devices.

    • ENTRANCE All items are subject to search prior to admission to the event. Items not allowed into the Festival area must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of prior to your admission.

    • NO SMOKING in the seating area and please refrain from foul language.

    • FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED Please do not reserve space for others arriving separately. No items may be left over night on the Festival grounds to reserve space for the following days events.

    • ADMISSION All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband prior to entering the Festival grounds each day. Wristband must be kept on and visible at all times.

    • SECURITY Security guards will strictly enforce all the above policies.

      All events are outdoors. Rain will not cause a concert to be canceled except for extremely violent storms. There will be some shaded areas for sun protection available. Please dress accordingly if hot or foul weather is forecast. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as the Festival grounds are on grass.
