Localite PR Firm in Redondo Beach is the worst and falls way short of public relation standards- August 2015

This is a rare negative review so you can see how legitimate it is. If you check through our site with thousands of articles and reviews having been in business since the year 2000, less than 1% are negative but Localite PR Company in Redondo Beach has made this very short list.

I have dealt with over a thousand press contacts and PR firms combined over our 25 plus years in the industry and over 15 yrs in business with my publication and this company is by far the worst. I have talked to other industry press people and they have had similar experiences.

They are very poor with returning emails, following up with media requests and their attitude is way below par for dealing with people and media. I am specifically talking about Jenn and her aggressive & rude partner Matt. They are just terrible with communication. This company is so unprofessional and I highly suggest staying away from them.
