Overview: Hotel Maya – a Doubletree by Hilton recently completed a full-scale upgrade
to a Latin American-inspired 199 room property that presents guests with a
distinctive Southern California combination of stunning, seaside views amidst
14 acres of lush, tropical gardens dotted with 500 palm trees in a modern,
open-air, setting.
Hotel Maya guest rooms are well-appointed with dynamic colors,

Hotel Maya’s 15 distinct meeting rooms include Zama with a teak oversized
circular table with seating for 8 and a room capacity up to 40. Unique to Zama
is the three floor-to-ceiling contemporary corkboard walls for posting
presentation materials. A floor-to-ceiling glass wall opens onto a terrace.
The Mayakoba room features an extended Mayan conference table that seats
14 and a room capacity up to 30. Three of the Mayakoba floor-to-ceiling walls
are whiteboards for interactive drawings, lists and notes for unlimited fast
marking and erasing by participants.
The Solstice and Luna rooms are adjoining but can be used separately and
feature reclaimed wood conference tables that seat 10 with a room capacity up
to 40 per area. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open onto

The Quetzal and Copan meeting rooms are a uniquely Mayan approach to
traditional boardrooms that feature conventional conference tables with
seating for 20 and 16 respectively.
In addition, the Miramar ballroom features a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling
glass walls that open onto a deck overlooking the ocean with180 in rounds.
The Salon de Reyes, the main ballroom, is ideal for receptions and gala events
up to 400 guests and can also break down into three distinct meeting rooms.
