Before working at Cott Beverages, Houston worked for the world’s largest Pepsi-Cola bottler, holding positions in Supply Chain, Transportation/Warehousing and Production Management. As the Director of New Product Execution and Contract Manufacturing at Cott Beverages, Houston created and implemented a new product launch process to support worldwide development of carbonated soft drinks, purified drinking water, energy drinks, vitamin water and juice-infused products.

As part of his new role, Houston will focus on ensuring that ZICO has a stable yet flexible manufacturing capability in order to support ZICO’s rapid growth and geographic expansion. Houston will also be responsible for overseeing all third-party co-packing operations in the US, Latin America and Asia while being able to identify and negotiate with additional co-packers.  Houston holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and Business Management from Ball State University as well as a Six Sigma Certification.
