Glen Ivy Hot Springs in Corona is worth the trip- July 2017

Glen Ivy Hot Springs proved why it is such a popular day spa destination during our visit last week. We came on a Wednesday and you would have thought it was a holiday weekend as the place was packed. With plenty to do and see, we started with the club mud in the main outdoor area. After you lather yourself in the brown mud, you then relax on a lounge chair while it dries and starts cracking. Then it is time to shower it off outside. Head to the cafe for some lunch with one of their salads or sandwiches. Do Not miss one of their signature massages custom to how you like it. Just inform your therapist. Mine was fantastic, strong and with the use of hot stones which I really enjoyed.

Other great features are their pools, spas and sulfur baths, which may smell a bit like rotten eggs but very good for healing and your body. Plenty of lounge chairs, showers, towels all around. The grotto was also unique. It was a bit unorganized at the start with the staff but once inside, the green mud that is painted on your body is as smooth as silk. I even used some on my face. You relax in the cave grotto before showering off and a great way to finish your day.
