The Hyatt Regency LAX new upscale experience- September 2017

The newly remodeled Hyatt Regency next to the LAX airport is worth the visit and stay. We had a suite and it was beautiful, spacious and luxurious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is fantastic and has a hot outdoor swimming pool, nice fitness center and open area dining section next to the lobby. Ask if you can see Sir Hyatt (a certified therapy dog)  if you like dogs.  #SirHyatt, the hotel’s mascot.  The  hotel ambassador is happiest when he’s greeting our guests. Won’t you help us make him happy? #NationalDogDay

There is a sit down restaurant Unity LA for breakfast and dinner.   The market is the 24/7 grab and go and sit down for lunch or other meals.  The Unity Bar opens at 11am and has an extensive bar food menu.   Definitely not to miss the delicious buffet breakfast feast (eggs, potatoes, bacon, muffins, bagels with cream cheese and lox, fruit and much much more). Dinner is served in the restaurant or in the casual adjacent lounge. Start with salad or appetizer while you have a drink and watch sports on the HD TVs. For entrees, the wild salmon was our favorite or go for the simple burger for another nice choice. If you are hungry any other times including late night or early morning, they have a market and onsite chef that can make dishes on the spot for you.

Other amenities include free wifi and plenty of incredible event space inside their huge ballroom, conference center and outside on the grass area on each side of the pool. There are other meeting spaces and options available as well as this is one of the bigger hotels at LAX.
