Jadrolinija Ferries and Ships providing passengers many destination boat rides through Croatia- July 2024

Jadrolinija- the largest Croatian maritime passenger carrier –

Jadrolinija has been connecting the Croatian mainland with its many islands for more than
77 years now. To have such a long and rich tradition, but above all, to push forward such a
large business successfully, a company must always think forward and adapt. One of the
main points of their success is our white fleet. To maintain 37 local ferry and ship routes, but
also to develop our international routes, they invest regularly and strategically in the
development of our fleet. Fleet development is their way of thinking forward and adapting to
current market requests. At this moment, their fleet consists of 57 ships and is one of the
largest fleets in the world. Just in 2023 and 2024, they have added 6 vessels to our fleet – two
fast ships Danica and Kata, one passenger ship Unije, two ferries Oliver and Sveti Duje and of
course – Dalmacija.
Alongside the local routes, which are of vital importance for the inhabitants of the Croatian
islands all year round, Jadrolinija also maintains international routes connecting Italy and
Croatia (Zadar-Ancona, Split-Ancona, Dubrovnik-Bari). Ship Dalmacija is a direct way of
developing their offer on our international routes. The largest ship in Jadrolinija's history,
Dalmacija, allowed them to change the way we maintain the route Dubrovnik – Bari and to
develop the offer on board.
Jadrolinija transports around 12 million passengers annually, and last year they transported
more than 3.5 million vehicles, setting a new record. This year has also had a successful start
and they hope to continue setting the growth trends.
