Shabu Works in Mira Mesa, California not far from San Diego was a unique experience. It’s like a Korean barbecue where you choose up to two different soup bases, and then go up to the buffet stations to pick your vegetables and protein to cook them in the soup.  You can also order meats and chicken from the server, and it takes anywhere from 10 to 15 seconds to about up to a minute to cook everything. Very flavorful great timing experience. You can add noodles as well. That would also have a hot buffet station of a few items and for dessert there’s a snow cone station. Overall, just fabulous and you will not be hungry when you leave.

Shabu-Works ® invites San Diego locals and visitors to experience “All You Can —-Eat” Shabu-Shabu, a traditional Japanese style of hot pot dining. We are family-owned and operated and dedicated to serving quality Shabu-Shabu alongside memorable service.
