California Wine Festival Returns to Huntington Beach, October 17–18, 2025

Oceanfront weekend of premium California wines, gourmet bites, live music, and coastal views at Paséa Hotel & Spa

Huntington Beach, CA (August 25, 2025) — California Wine Festival, Southern California’s premier wine festival event producer, returns to Huntington Beach for two days of oceanfront tastings on Friday, October 17 and Saturday, October 18, 2025. Guests will sip and savor wines from premier winemaking regions across California, paired with gourmet bites from many of Orange County’s top restaurants, while enjoying lifestyle exhibitors, live entertainment and palm tree-lined coastal views amid Surf City USA’s world-famous beaches. Set against the luxurious backdrop of Paséa Hotel & Spa, this signature fall experience invites wine lovers and foodies alike to indulge in the ultimate seaside celebration.

Sunset Rare & Reserve Tasting

Friday, October 17 | 6:30 – 9 p.m.

Paséa Hotel & Spa – Sapphire Ballroom & Ocean Lawn

The weekend kicks off with the exclusive Sunset Rare & Reserve Tasting, where guests will enjoy rare and reserve-level wines from California’s most celebrated regions including Napa Valley, Sonoma, Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County. Top chefs from Huntington Beach and beyond will serve delicious appetizers to pair with the world-class wines, with offerings from local favorites Shorebird, Cucina Alessa, Duke’s Huntington Beach, Heirloom a Modern Farmhouse, Aquamar and Paséa Hotel & Spa, along with gourmet specialties from Goufrais, Icelandic Glacial, Imuraya and Kerrygold. Guests will be welcomed with a sparkling wine reception before exploring an elegant evening of fine wine, artisanal food and live music with panoramic Pacific views.

Throughout the evening, guests can also bid in a lively silent auction featuring coveted items such as rare wines, tasting tours and dining experiences. Proceeds will benefit Sandy Feet Initiative, a non-profit organization that recognizes, supports and creates community for the siblings of kids with special needs, disabilities & chronic illness through beach-based programs and events.

Beachside Wine Festival

The signature Beachside Wine Festival transforms the hotel’s oceanfront event lawn into a bustling tasting experience, featuring hundreds of premium California wines, regional craft brews and an array of gourmet food—from artisan cheeses and chocolates to fresh seafood and olive oils. Saturday, October 18 | 4 – 7 p.m.

Old Crow Smokehouse – Pacific City

The celebration continues just steps away from the festival grounds. Pacific City will host the official California Wine Festival After Party on Saturday, October 18 from 4–7 p.m. at Old Crow Smokehouse. Festival guests are invited to enjoy live music and drink specials with ocean views at one of Huntington Beach’s favorite spots for BBQ and bourbon. Located right next door to Paséa Hotel & Spa.
