What a fantastic dining experience at Captain Kids in Redondo Beach.  Park in their lot and enjoy the best fresh seafood in a casual atmosphere.  You order at the counter to dine in and they also have a fish market to purchase any seafood and you can even pick which exact fish or piece you desire.   This is a must visit as you can get fresh fish that you usually cannot get. They have lobster and crab tanks to choose one that is alive, and they cook it on the spot.  What a great variety of shellfish from shrimp, scallops, clams and more or choose traditional seafood.

The Alaskan halibut was our favorite along with the shellfish.  The clam chowder was excellent, and the staff and service were super accommodating, including Pedro who helped with our dining experience.  What more can you ask for.  Choose some sides to go with your meal.   They serve beer and wine as well to enhance your meal and you will come out completely satisfied.
