Fuxn in Salzburg Austria is a must visit on your next trip to the city  It is off the beaten path and away from the tourist area of old town as they serve authentic Austrian food, including schnitzels, meats and more.

Enhance your meal with one of their tasty beers or Austrian wines.  I went for the wild garlic, green soup and the entrée of their take on spaetzle, which is a pasta with cheese and fried onions served with a side salad. Very relaxed atmosphere and the owner,Johannes, was very accommodating.
