Charlize Theron in support of the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project(CTAOP), featuring celebrity

Curated by Malibu Food & Wine founders Chef Marcel Vigneron and Lauren Rae Levy, the festival is the
vision of a husband-and-wife team united by a shared passion for exceptional food, meaningful partnerships,
and philanthropy. Marcel first rose to prominence on Top Chef Season 2 and was most recently crowned Last
Chef Standing on Food Network’s 24 in 24. Lauren is an entrepreneur, founder of LRL Group, and
philanthropist whose expertise in strategic partnerships and community engagement helps bring the
festival’s mission to life.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, this exclusive dinner brings together
world-renowned chefs, exceptional wines, and a shared commitment to creating lasting change.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, featuring tray-passed bites, live
culinary demonstrations presented by Snyder Diamond showcasing Bosch technologies, Aura California
knives and Tumbler’s user friendly Knife Sharperner, handcrafted espresso drinks from Bruce’s Beans
Espresso Bar, beer offerings from Sandy Brew, featuring handcrafted, plant-based beers founded by Malibu
local Kelly Furano, and live music by the Minta Spencer Collective with sound by Aviator Nation Dreamland,
The reception is followed by an intimate five–course, farm-to-table dining experience with expertly curated
wine pairings. Tablescape thoughtfully curated by Designtonik, inspired by the beauty of the evening and the partners who made it possible.
The seasonal tasting menu will be created by an all-star culinary lineup featuring Chefs Andrew Zimmern,
Bryan Voltaggio, Michael Voltaggio, and Marcel Vigneron. Showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, the
menu will highlight premium products from culinary partners including Sea Stephanie Fish, Campo Grande,
Schaller & Weber, the American Lamb Board and Seatopia, alongside an abundance of produce sourced from
local California farms. Throughout the evening, chefs and winemakers will share the inspiration behind each
course and pairing, creating an immersive culinary experience that celebrates the connection between food, wine, and community.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Marcel Vigneron
With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Marcel Vigneron has dedicated his life to pushing
the boundaries of gastronomy. As Culinary Director of Malibu Food & Wine, Marcel curates
immersive dining experiences that celebrate sustainability, innovation, and community. A graduate
of the Culinary Institute of America, Marcel gained national recognition as the runner-up on
Season 2 of Bravo’s Top Chef and recently secured the title of “Last Chef Standing” on Food
Network’s 24 in 24. Marcel has worked alongside world-renowned chefs, including Joël Robuchon
and Michael Mina, and has helmed kitchens at acclaimed establishments such as The Bazaar at SLS
Beverly Hills, Wolf, and Lemon Grove. He also co-owns Orgreenic Cookware with his wife and
business partner, Lauren Rae Levy, bringing eco-friendly culinary tools to home chefs nationwide.
Beyond the kitchen, Marcel Vigneron has long been committed to philanthropy, using food to
make a meaningful impact in communities around the world. His charitable work has included
helping fund orphanages in Haiti through Foyer de Sion alongside the producers of Top Chef,
supporting childhood hunger initiatives with Taste of the Nation and Share Our Strength, raising
funds for the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, volunteering with World Central Kitchen,
supporting the CTAOP program, advocating for pancreatic cancer research through Pancreatic
Cancer Action Network, and participating in fundraising efforts benefiting Autism Speaks.
Throughout his career, Marcel has remained dedicated to using his platform to give back and
create positive change through the power of food.
Lauren Rae Levy
Entrepreneur, NYC native turned Malibu local, Lauren Rae Levy brings 25 years of experience in
branding, PR, and luxury partnerships. She is the founder of LRL Group, a partner in OrGreenic
Cookware, and the co-creator of Chef & The Mrs., a pop-up dinner series with her husband, Chef
Marcel. Lauren leads all brand and sponsorship activations, chef gifting, and media outreach. With
roots as a celebrity stylist, fashion expert for publications like Forbes, InStyle, and more, she now
channels her creative energy into building community-driven experiences. A proud Board Member
of the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu, Lauren is the heartbeat of the festival’s mission to give back,
