About The Village at Westfield Topanga
The Village at Westfield Topanga is an outdoor social and street retail experience unlike any other in the San Fernando Valley.
Under a green canopy of mature California sycamores, olive trees and native California plants, the Village’s walkable plazas and pathways include
cool water, children’s play areas, bocce ball courts, relaxing outdoor lounges, exhibitions by local artists, and even a new on-site radio station (KCSN
88.5 FM) offering live music performances each week to the public.
At The Village, open-air dining within landscaped gardens showcases 15 new restaurants such as Tender Greens, XOC Mex Cuisine, Eureka!
Gourmet Burgers & Craft Beer, Sushi Katsu-ya and Dana Point’s hip, casual Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern.
The new home to many of LA’s hottest street retail and celebrity concepts including Kate Hudson’s Fabletics, Karina Smirnoff’s Dance Studio, Fred
Levine’s M. Fredric and celebrity florist Amy Marella’s Fleurish— The Village also provides LA’s most exclusive personal services providers such as
Juan Juan Salon, Blushington, Skin Laundry, Drybar and the area’s largest Burke Williams Day Spa.
Meanwhile, Sur La Table, Z Gallerie, Jonathan Adler and Basset Furniture join Williams-Sonoma and a flagship Crate & Barrel for the ultimate
collection of home goods.
The Village will also offer a host of fitness, lifestyle and health options including YogaWorks, Flywheel, Karina Smirnoff Dance Studio, UCLA Health
and a 24 Hour Fitness Super-Sport. There’s even a Bitter Root Pottery studio offering members 24/7 access and weekly instructional classes.
All of these amenities join the popular REI consumer co-op and a state-of-the-art Costco like none other, with refined design and architecture
uniquely crafted to be appropriate for this outdoor locale.
Upon project stabilization, The Village— combined with Westfield Topanga and the adjacent Promenade— will be home to over 300 shops and
restaurants, welcome an anticipated 20 million annual visits, generate in excess of $1.3 billion in sales each year, and will emerge as one of the top
retail districts in the United States.
