GRAND CRU WINE TASTING EVENT TO BE HELD AT RAINBOW LAGOON PARK
Event Benefits the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles
LONG BEACH, CA – July, 28, 2008 – The Long beach Grand Cru Awards & Tasting fundraising event will be held on August 16 from 6 – 9 p.m. at Rainbow Lagoon Park in
Downtown Long Beach, where the results of the International Wine Competition will be
announced. Approximately 1,950 wines from around the world were judged and awards given in the Sweepstakes categories of Red, White, Rose, Sparkling and Dessert. Guests will have the opportunity to sample medal-winning wines only, and enjoy the sumptuous cuisine from many of the Southland’s finest restaurants. Entertainment will be provided by Tracy Wells All Stars, a
silent and live auction and dancing rounds out the evening’s festivities.
