Method Contemporary Dance Company performs in LA through (4/28/07)

Method Dance Company is not huge but the performance we attended was Grand. This was an exhilarating, physical yet beautifully choreographed piece by Bradley Michaud in collaboration with his dancers. The name of this show was “Supercedure” and it was quite Super! The other dancers were Jay Bartley, Sidnie Charnaw, Nicole Cox and Jessica Harper. The show was about an hour long and these performers transitioned from high packed energy dances to slow movement fluid ones. There are many acrobatic moves, flips, falls & dives on the ground, which seemed pretty hard on the dancers. However, when I talked to them afterwards, they all were fine and know the act of how to gracefully fall without getting injured while also looking spectacular.
