There will be a distinctly green hue to all the Glitz, Glamour and Pet Hair normally spread around Los Angeles by the annual Best Friends benefit. Our philosophy is simple: kindness to animals cannot be separated from kindness to the Earth. That’s why we’re going green for the 14th annual Lint Roller Party. Join us in a kindness revolution that is transforming the way people relate to the animals, nature and each other. The entire event has been thoughtfully planned making the "greenest" decisions possible all along the way. We all know that caring about animals and caring about the environment are two sides of the same coin of kindness and compassion.
On the evening of Saturday, November 10th, animal lovers of all kinds will unite at at The Jim Henson Company Lot for the Lint Roller Party benefiting homeless animals in Los Angeles. Honorary Co-Chairs When: Saturday, November 10, from 7pm – 11pm Best Friends Animal Society works with shelters and rescue groups nationwide to bring about a time when there will be no more homeless pets. Best Friends operates the Nation’s largest sanctuary for abandoned and abused animals, provides adoption, spay/neuter, educational programs and publishes "Best Friends", the Nation’s largest general-interest animal magazine. Thanks to a broad base of support within the entertainment industry, Best Friends events consistently draws National media coverage, which raises the awareness of animal-related issues.
