Set sail on a culinary journey, sampling food from over 20 local restaurants, bid on exotic getaways and more while lending a “fin” to ocean conservation
WHAT: The public is invited to set sail on a culinary journey while lending a helping “fin” to ocean conservation at the Aquarium of the Pacific’s 6th annual Sea Fare event on Saturday, October 17. Guests can experience the ambience of the Aquarium at night while savoring wines and specialty beers along with sumptuous food created by local top chefs, enjoying live music, and participating in exciting auction opportunities.
Sea Fare will feature diverse dishes from more than 20 local restaurants, an open bar, fine wine, specialty brews, and desserts. Guests can bid on an array of unique items and experiences during live and silent auctions–such as fabulous trips throughout the country, sports tickets to the best teams in Los Angeles, concert and theater tickets, memberships to local zoos and museums, rounds of golf on beautiful Southern California courses, and a variety of gift certificates from well known restaurants. All auction items are 100 percent donated and all proceeds benefit the nonprofit Aquarium’s education and conservation programs.
