Are you looking for one of the best BBQ places around LA.  Look no further and head to Morfias Ribs and Pies in Marina Del Rey. Pete, the owner, is working from long standing family recipes. They have just a few tables so safe to say they specialize in takeout and catering parties. We loved the beef brisket sandwich, all lean meat on French roll of hamburger bun and their pork and beef ribs were very incredible. 

 

They have a variety of home made side dishes that were wonderful including the coleslaw, corn on cob, potato salad, mac and cheese and bake beans.  Do not miss the BBQ sauce, which goes great on all the meats and was simply divine. 

 

Lastly, save room for dessert as they offer 10 or more home made pies and cakes that vary day to day. We had their amazing coconut cream pie, pecan pie and blueberry cobbler. You could eat here for a week straight and have a different amazing dessert everyday.
