Parking in downtown has always been a challenge and very expensive. FIGat7th offers a preferred validated rate for shopping and dining patrons. The 1st hour is $1.00, the 2nd hour is $2.50, and the 3rd hour is $4.00. The 500 shopping and dining spaces are conveniently located at the 945 8th Street parking structure which is adjacent to the FIGat7th Retail Center and is open 24 hours a day/7 days week. Furthermore, people can now park for just $5 every Monday–Friday night after 4pm and ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday with validation from one of our retail or restaurant merchants (no min $ purchase).
