Obika Mozzarella Bar-Restaurant serves fantastic authentic Italian cheeses, pizza- September 2014

Obika Italian Mozzarella Bar/Restaurant at the Westfield Century City mall is truly authentic. The chefs are from Italy and all of their product and style resemble the Italian culture. We had the pleasure to sit in for one of their presentations on how they make mozzarella and pizza. It was quite the show to see how it is done with no shortcuts using the top ingredients and preparation.

They serve an assortment of cheeses from smoked, regular and burrata mozzarella along with a variety of Italian dishes. The pizza is light and tasty. Enjoy one of their fantastic wines to compliment the meal and enjoy Obika. We also had the pleasure to experience how the chefs made the cheese and pizza first hand as you can see in the photos.
