Comfortable, Support Shoes for Adults-Kids- Cientas, Blundstone, Vivobarefoot- October 2015
We recently tried some new shoes we have never been aware of before. The 3 lines were Kids Cientas, Blundstone and Vivobarefoot. With so many options these days to choose from, each of these brands had their own specialties and varieties.
Cientas for kids were very well made. They have a protective insole for more comfort and my kids love them as they are their #1 shoe at this time. We tried two different colors and styles and each looks great. One is shinier than the other but overall, both provide a great fit for all types of activities with a nice look and support. As an internationally recognized brand of stylish, eco-friendly children’s footwear in Spain for over 30 years, Cienta shoes are both comfortable and stylish. Equipped with scented soles, you can be sure your little one’s feet will stay fresh all school day long.
Blundstone offers more work and heavier duty shoes and boots. We got one kid’s blunnies which one of my daughters absolutely loves. It will be a hand me down to the younger daughter in due time as it has the sturdiness and also great comfort for a boot. I went for a stronger high-top boot style (they have larger and bigger boots) but mine resembles a hiking boot and is also made for that or when a stronger boot is needed. The comfort is incredible for such a larger shoe that I am used to. Blundstone, the original Chelsea boot brand since 1870 from Tasmania, Australia has adorable “Blunnies” for kids, with new colors just released for Fall.
The last one is the Vivobarefoot which offers a variety of thinner version shoes and sandal types for casual, dressier, activity and water proof situations. I chose a brown Lisbon relaxed yet nicer looking dress shoe. I have had issues in the past with dress shoes and getting blisters but this show has been so comfortable with no signs of that. They have a nice selection for kids shoes but the trail freaks were the ones we tried and my daughter really enjoys them.
