Leslie Zemeckis Presents an Evening of “Boobs, Books & Burlesque”

Boudoir Gloves Come Off in the Fight Against Breast Cancer

Los Angeles, Calif.– On Tuesday, March 8, author and filmmaker Leslie Zemeckis presents an exciting evening at The Culver Hotel with award-winning burlesque performers, live music and an auction to benefit the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation, for a future without breast cancer. Zemeckis will be signing copies of “Goddess of Love Incarnate: The Life of Stripteuse Lili St. Cyr,” her recently released biography of history’s most famous burlesque artist.

Boobs, Books & Burlesque will feature luxury trips to Ireland and Barcelona up for bid, as well as one-of-a-kind experiences, including Astronaut Training and an Ultimate Sports Fan getaway, all benefiting the San Fernando Valley nonprofit.  The evening will also include a raffle for Mammagard, the world’s first breast pillow orthotically designed for comfort and support, signature Exotic Lili drinks hosted by Eppa SupraFruta Sangria, and delectable hors d’oeuvres, complements of The Culver Hotel.

Guests will swing to the throwback tunes of Sylvia & The Rhythm Boys, and indulge in titillating performances by the always-glamorous April Showers, the current reigning Miss Hollywood Burlesque, and Maxi Millions, the award-winning mistress of the classic bump ’n grind.
