THE SIXTH ANNUAL LOS ANGELES FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES LINEUP OF LIFESTYLE AND ENTERTAINMENT EVENTS COMPLEMENTING THE EPICUREAN EXPERIENCE ON

The preeminent culinary event programming ranges from a performance by Grammy Award-winning hip hop trio De La Soul to a partnership with NFL Homegating for a gourmet slider bar to a Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills window display showing fashionistas what to wear to the festival

WHAT:                 Presented by Coastal Luxury Management and founding partners FOOD & WINE and Lexus, the sixth annual Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival debuts an array of unprecedented events where the culinary industry intersects with fashion, sports, art, and music. Featuring three-nights and four-days of exceptional tastings, seminars, lunches, and cooking demonstrations spanning across the City of Angels, festival highlights include, among others:

  • Exclusive private tour of The Broad on Friday, August 26prior to the Otium Power Lunch showcasing cuisine from James Beard award-winning Chef Timothy Hollingsworth and special guest Chefs Jon Shook and Jeremy Fox, attendees will have the unique opportunity to take a tour of the new Cindy Sherman art exhibit.
  • Live performance from Grammy Award-winning artist De La Soul on Saturday, August 27the legendary trio known for eclectic hip hop with quirky lyrics will perform at Live on Grand hosted by Tyler Florence, which features cuisine from over 30 renowned chefs and wines from over 50 wineries.
  • NFL Homegating at the Lexus Grand Tasting on Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28 – NFL Homegating offers a deliciously unique opportunity for attendees to show their team pride at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. At NFL Homegating’s Slider Zone, guests can select mouth-watering slider toppings representative of each of the 32 NFL teams (including the newly returned Los Angeles Rams) as well as logos to personalize their gourmet slider. Attendees can then use the NFL Homegating Slider Cam to share their finished product on Instagram to be entered to win an ultimate NFL Homegating package featuring their favorite team’s products.
  • A window display at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills – styled by the Neiman Marcus visual team led by Darrin Rowland, the display will feature fashionable styles guaranteed to turn heads at the festival. The curated outfit will showcase iconic fashion designers, such as Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, Fendi, Prada, Thomas Browne, and Dries Van Noten.
