Another fantastic Evening Under the Stars with fabulous food from many South Bay restaurants, live music by Kenny G and a great auction to raise more money for Torrance Memorial Medical Center.

torrance, calif., July 18, 2019– The South Bay’s best fare paired with the soothing sounds of world-renowned saxophonist Kenny G will regale guests at the 33nd annual “Honda Evening Under the Stars” Gourmet Food & Wine Festival on Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The event will be hosted by American Honda at its Torrance, Calif. headquarters, and presented in partnership with the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce, this year’s event will support the healthcare of South Bay children with proceeds benefiting Torrance Memorial Pediatrics.

This year’s proceeds will benefit children’s healthcare at Torrance Memorial.  Newly opened in the Donald and Priscilla Hunt Tower is the third-floor Pat and Ellen Theodora Pediatric & Young Adult Pavilion and the fourth-floor Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).  Both floors feature spacious private rooms with extra space for parents to be near their children during hospitalization.

American Honda created the Gourmet Food & Wine Festival in partnership with the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce in 1987 as a way to bring corporate business, residents, and local commerce together for a relaxing community celebration.
