Gigi’s In Palm Springs at the V Hotel offers up a great dining experience- December 2021

Gigi’s in Palm Springs just had their grand opening in November. We came in for an early Sunday evening dinner and I got a bit more crowded as the night went along to the newly remodeled Gigi’s restaurant at the V hotel in Palm Springs.The place looks very nice with indoor and outdoor seating. Fire pits on the patio and modern Decour inside give it a nice atmosphere. We started with the fig toast with goat cheese appetizer as well as the fried artichoke hearts.

Don’t miss the Krispy Rice starter with smoked salmon, chives and whipped cream cheese is it was delicious.  Their Caesar salad is a definite must as it comes with shaved brussels sprouts and toasted spicy bread crumbs with shaved Manchego cheese and a green goddess dressing.

For entrées we had the halibut which was cooked perfectly and came with a side herb salad and I substituted their pesto rice pilaf which was a great decision as it went well with the fish.  We also tried their signature pasta with a truffle mushroom cream sauce as it was delectable. Order a side of the brussels sprouts to accompany your meal. The staff & service or fantastic and very attentive.
