- Bluewater Grill at King Harbor in Redondo Beach is hosting two (2) seafood + wine tastings and six (6) money-saving holiday discounts through Sept. 2026 – including special holidays for oyster, lobster, beer, Mai Tai and cheeseburger lovers.
- International Beer Day on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026: All beer on draught is just $6. Beer lovers can choose between High Spot 289 Blonde and 182 IPA, Pacifico, 805 Blonde Ale, Firestone Walker Double Barrel Ale, Cali Squeeze Blood Orange Hefeweizen and others, however, please note that tap selections vary at each restaurant.
- National Oysters Day on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026: Mix and match a half-dozen of our plump, freshly shucked oysters for just $15, a savings of $7 on this holiday only.
- Bluewater Second Tuesday Tasting on Tuesday, Aug 11, 2026: “Pacific Swordfish Spectacular.” Our legendary Pacific Swordfish, blackened and served with green rice, smoked paprika, tomato oil, roasted corn and avocado relish, is the star of the evening and paired with a Pinot Noir from Lingua Franca Avni. But first, it’s your choice of Bluewater chowder or salad accompanied by a glass of Veuve de Vernay Champagne from Burgundy. The cost is $55 per person.
- National Mai Tai Day on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026: Our legendary Captain’s Mai Tai, handcrafted with our own aged light and dark rum from Catalina Rum Company, is just $10 on Aug. 30 only – a savings of $5.50.
- Bluewater Second Tuesday Tasting on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026: “Taste of Spain,” featuring dishes and wines from Espana and Latin America. Your culinary journey starts with Patates Brava, the popular Spanish tapa of fried potatoes topped with spicy tomato sauce and garlic aioli, and paired with an Abadia San Campio Albarino from Spain. Then, enjoy Bluewater’s very own Seafood Paella, a savory mixture of seafood, rice and spices, accompanied by Argentina’s Don Miguel Malbec. The cost is $55 per person.
