Air Pacific Airlines (Formally Pacific Sun Airlines)
What a terrible experience we had with this airline. First they changed the time of our flight but didn’t notify us. We were supposed to fly into this 5 star resort in Fiji and left our Westin Hotel in the morning to catch the flight. After the 30-40 minute cab ride, we find out that the flight was changed and we were not notified. We had provided all of our contact information. To make matters worse, the airline wouldn’t compensate us or care. We had to wait at the airport for 4 + hours to catch the next flight instead of at our hotel pool or at the Resort at the other island in Fiji we were flying into. We arrived at our resort but missed the whole day and that cost us some valuable time on our short 5 day vacation there. When I contacted customer relations after the trip, they not only didn’t apologize for their mishap but gave a lame excuse. Please read below as they had the wrong email for me. They forgot an underscore line in my email address thus I never received the new time. They refused to answer or compensate me even after I told them they had the wrong email address. They wasted our time and customer service was horrible. I highly recommend finding a different airline to fly on when in this area. That email below is NOT CORRECT.

Pacific Sun will not be forthcoming.
