Humphreys Concerts by the Bay 2014 Lineup and Shows including Rob Thomas post coverage- April 2014

Just had the pleasure to see Rob Thomas- pictured below, Leader of Matchbox Twenty, playing with solo and with a trio music group for a fun acoustic concert at the start of this years season.  He played a wide variety from his solo album, matchbox twenty hits and other cover tunes for this intimate show.  If you have never been to Humphreys, it is worth the visit.  The venue is incredible off the Bay with fantastic sound and great seats no matter where you are. 

The 33rd Anniversary of Humphreys Concerts By The Bay.  Let the season begin.

The initial lineup features 49 evenings of entertainment with more shows being added throughout the season.  All shows go on sale this Saturday, April 5 at 10am at all Ticketmaster outlets, Humphreys Restaurant, online at ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000. Ticket limits are in place for the first day of sales with 12 tickets per show and a 10 show maximum.  Ticket limits are lifted beginning April 6.

Ten shows were put on sale early between December and February with another 39 announced on Sunday and going on sale this Saturday.  Many of the shows that were put on sale early are sold out.  Please go to humphreysconcerts.com for details.

Willie Nelson kicks off our season tonight (April 4) with Humphreys’ favorites Tower of Power and Average White Band closing (October 11).  As in past seasons, Humphreys will present a broad array of musical genres and comedy, with 17 artists making their Humphreys debut.
