Signature Burger in Culver City offers up some tasty burgers, wraps, salads- May 2015
Culver City is a hot bed of dining opportunities and they now have a gourmet burger cafe. Signature Burger boasts of world class taste, and they don’t disappoint. The Beef is fresh never frozen and taste is fantastic. If you want a burger but not in the mood for beef they offer Ground Turkey, Veggie Patty, or Grilled Chicken Breast. My go to lunch or dinner here is either The American Original, a classic cheeseburger with Applewood Smoked Bacon and 1000 island dressing or The Brushetta, choose your patty along with marinated balsamic vinegar tomatoes, basil leaves, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with a roasted garlic aioli spread across the bun.
The burgers are cooked to order so do not expect your food like a fast food place as the quality is much better here but the wait is worth it. The turkey burger was also a great choice as we had that Aloha style with grilled pineapple, bacon and teriyaki sauce. Pick your bun from a regular, wheat, gluten-free, spinach tortilla wrap or just with lettuce. The southwestern chicken salad was also a nice treat to get some veggies and protein.
For a dollar more you can bump up your complimentary fries to Sweet Potato Fries which are great or one of their gourmet fried sides like the guacamole and pico de gallo topping . Top it off with an Oreo Milkshake and you won’t be sorry. They crush several Oreo cookies into this shake. They have several wonderful unique bottled soda flavors including Peach and Guava. There are 7 other burgers to choose from besides the two we just mentioned. There are 5 different wraps, 4 salads and 5 gourmet sandwiches all come with your choice of french fries, green salad or pasta salad. And there are 4 different milkshake flavors. Save room for a gourmet cookie or brownie, or even an ice cream cookie sandwich.
