Ensoku Ramen Restaurant including sushi in Santa Monica- September 2020
Ensoku on Main Street in Santa Monica-
It was a Monday night and the Manager “Minah” was supposed to have the night off. The cute establishment is usually quiet on Mondays. She came in and it was a good thing as the place was packed. The food was very good but the service needs improvement. Their signature appetizers were the fried calamari rings and popcorn shrimp with california rolls below.
The 2 main things to come here for are the sushi as the spicy tuna roll and the appropriate Santa Monica roll with tuna, salmon with avocado. The top choice is the large portion of Ramen with your choice of protein (we chose chicken and veggie as they also have beef or pork). It was the best Ramen in Santa Monica. So flavorful with lots of ingredients and loaded with noodles (gluten free choice too). Minah played a big part with the recipe.
They had outdoor dining at 2307 Main St and overall it was a nice experience.
