Auld Dubliner Irish Pub serves up tasty food with friendly service- April 2021

The Auld Dubliner in Long Beach is a fun place with good food and great service. They have Irish music on the weekends and a nice happy hour menu from 4-6pm Monday-Friday. We came on a sunday and were greeted and served by the Manager Janeen. She was welcoming and so hospitable to us and all the other customers. They had a nice patio outside to dine with some indoor space allowed as well where the music was playing.

We started with the tasty chicken wings as well as the potato pancakes with smoked salmon on top. Both were a big hit. For entrees, they had such a wide variety but we went with the traditional fish & chips, burger with tomato bisque soup, corned beef sandwich and my favorite – the chicken crepe. Plenty to share and take home some for leftovers.

The bread pudding with brown bread ice cream on the side was interesting, unique and better that imagined. Definitely a must visit for a great time, friendly folks and good food next time you visit Long Beach. The Auld Dubliner has been part of the downtown Long Beach community for over 10 years.
