Dining in other areas Outside of Los Angeles

Trio Restaurant in downtown Palm Springs is not to miss- April 2022

We’ve dined at many restaurants in Palm Springs and desert areas but our experience the other night at Trio was the best we’ve had. Our server JJ was friendly, helpful and had some great suggestions. The manager, Amber ,was very hospitable and welcoming and now let’s talk about the food and drinks. For starters they have an array of appetizers and salads.  The fried calamari was excellent as we also recommend the beet and goat cheese salad.

We also tried the pizza on cauliflower crust which was absolutely divine. They have a nice selection of entrées. We ordered the pesto salmon as well as the Chilean seabass, which will melt in your mouth.  They each come with a side dish that you can choose from but the sour cream mashed potatoes were & sweet potato fries is what we went with.

Enhance your meal with one of their signature cocktails as their bartenders make the exquisite & fancy drinks with the perfect ingredients. Their martinis are excellent and overall it was just a fantastic dinner.

We are too full for dessert but left happy and satisfied. Do not miss Trio on your next visit to Palm Springs. They also have a happy hour everyday from 3-6pm and specialty nights like wine Wednesdays happening at this time.
