LA Clippers win 2 out of 3 at home last week including beating Boston- December 2022

LA Clippers had a busy last week at home starting with the NBA’s top team, the Boston Celtics. Boston came in with the best record in the NBA & are lead by Jayson Tatum. The home team LA Clippers defeated the NBA Finals runner up from last year as Kawhi Leonard led the way with 10 – 12 shooting as they routed the Celtics 113-93. They had an all-around effort from Marcus Morris, Sr, Luke Kennard & Paul George all double figures with Terrance Mann adding 9 points. In the end, the Clippers pulled away and the Celtics did not play well, but were missing key centers, Al Horford, and Robert Williams 111. and both are expected back later this week.

Two days later, the Clippers play Minnesota at home and all around great game, but were flat versus Phoenix on the back to back as they were blown out 111-96. They missed a bunch of players or were either injured/or rested for load management from back to back games including Leonard, George, Zubac, Reggie Jackson and Luke Kennard. Phoenix is led by Devin Booker, who returned the lineup after missing a bunch of games with a tight calf and had 14 pts. Chris Paul returned as well and around good game for the Suns as they were led by Mikal Bridges with 27 points.
