Five Days with 17 Celebrity Chefs and NEW Wine Tasting & Seafood Extravaganza, VIP Gala at
the Sun Valley Clubhouse, Special Dinner and DJ at Trail Creek Cabin and much more!

KETCHUM, IDAHO—The Sun Valley Culinary Institute (SVCI) celebrates its fourth annual Sun
Valley Food & Wine Celebration, from January 27 to 31, 2026, featuring 17 chefs, including
James Beard Award-winning chefs, acclaimed restaurateurs, Food Network celebrities and
influencers.
For 2026, The Celebration has expanded with the debut of the Wine Tasting & Seafood
Extravaganza at the Limelight Hotel Ketchum, the VIP Gala at the Sun Valley Clubhouse and a
special Dinner and DJ at Trail Creek Cabin. In addition, this year’s event features the third
annual Après Ski Grand Tasting at the Limelight Ketchum and the fourth annual après-ski Britt’s
Burger Bash, which is open to the community.
“In just four short years, the Sun Valley Food & Wine Celebration has become a signature
highlight of the Sun Valley winter season,” said SVCI Executive Director Karl Uri. “With 17
celebrity and James Beard Award–winning chefs joining us, the momentum and growth have
been extraordinary. What excites me most is the impact on our students—these chefs roll up
their sleeves, work side by side with them, and open doors to training, mentorship and
professional connections that will shape their futures in this industry.”
The Celebration will also feature numerous cooking classes and other food-inspired events
throughout this five-day culinary experience in Sun Valley. Returning Chefs include Barton
Seaver, John Sundstrom, Jason Wilson, Kelsey Barnard Clark and Steve Phelps, who will join
new Celebration participants Chefs Casey Thompson, Duskie Estes & John Stewart, Joe Sasto,
Brandon Randolph, Kris Padalino, Maria Mazon, Brother Luck and Chef and American food
influencer Tieghan Gerard. Back for their fourth year are Chefs Ethan Stowell, Jonathon Sawyer
and Britt Rescigno.
Sponsorships and VIP packages are available and include private dinners with several of The
Celebration’s attending chefs. Alpine Lodging and Limelight Hotel Ketchum are the 2026 Sun
Valley Food & Wine Celebration lodging partners offering special rates to attend this year’s
Celebration. For more information
