(Los Angeles, CA) – With the bar already set high, the 2016 PPLA Food Fare will deliver some of the best food Los Angeles has ever seen at a food and wine festival. Last year’s lively event brought out Blue Plate Oysterette’s hot, buttery lobster rolls, Sushi Roku’s fresh, made-to-order sushi, Hudson House’s homey and delightful chocolate chip cookies with bourbon milk, Four Brix Winery’s fine, small batch wines and so much more.
Named “the most eclectic fundraising food fest you’ve never heard of” by LA Weekly, Food Fare is known for challenging over 100 chefs, restaurants and caterers to bring on their A-game in epicurean categories such as comfort, fusion, desserts, ethnic and more. Food Fare participants bring everything from customer favorites to chef’s choice and even some off-menu items, making some dishes exclusive to Food Fare. Every year, attendees rejoice in the selection and quality of the gourmet food and drink samples at Food Fare.
Food Fare is returning to Santa Monica’s Barker Hangar on Thursday, March 3, 2016. Some of last year’s favorite returning participants include JAR, Takami Sushi, Momed, Angelini Osteria, Lucques, Il Piccolo Verde, Porta Via, Qusqo Bistro & Gallery, Rosti Tuscan Kitchen, Ayara Thai Cuisine, Marino Ristorante, Clementine and Little Beast Restaurant, to name a few.
