Fabulous Vegas Shows- Rouge at the Strat & Cirque du Soleil “Love” and “Mad Apple”- April 2023

What an incredible performance! It’s no surprise that Cirque du Soleil’s LOVE has been a staple in Las Vegas for years. From the moment the iconic Beatles music began playing, we felt transported into a world of breathtaking acrobatics and stunning variety acts.

One of the standout performances for us was the trampoline act over the Beatle Volkswagen. The sheer size of the props, combined with the energy and talent of the performers, left our minds racing to keep up with all the action. The overall vibe of the show was simply fantastic, with groovy and colorful 60s-themed wardrobe and attire that perfectly captured the era.

The choreography and synchronization of the performers were impeccable, especially during the trampoline act where timing was everything. The dancers throughout the show were also simply amazing, and their talent and skill were a joy to watch.

Make sure not to miss the photo opportunities outside the theater with plenty of Beatles memorabilia and show information signs. All in all, LOVE is an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and awe-inspiring night out. https://www.cirquedusoleil.com/beatles-love

Mad Apple is the newest production by Cirque du Soleil, located at the New York New York hotel. The variety show offers a unique New York vibe with a cozy and intimate showroom setting. The show starts with an entertaining African American host introducing certain acts and later transitions to comedian and host Harrison, who wowed audiences on America’s Got Talent. He took over the rest of the show and added a touch of magic while entertaining and interacting with the crowd through jokes and playful banter. One memorable skit featured Harrison’s amazing ability to remember details and facts about various subjects and rattle them off without taking a breath. Another highlight of the show was a duo performance featuring a heavier man on the bottom flipping around his partner, which left the audience in awe. The performers do a great job of making you feel like you’re in New York with their exceptional talent and fantastic team. One of the most impressive acts was the giant wheel with two performers jumping and performing acrobatics as it spun around.  This was both risky and dangerous but ultimately amazing. Overall, Mad Apple is a must-see production that will leave you captivated and entertained. https://www.cirquedusoleil.com/mad-apple

The show, ROUGE, at the Stratosphere hotel is an electrifying and daring display of dance and acrobatics. The music is lively, the energy is high, and the performances are varied and impressive. It’s important to note that this show is intended for a mature audience as many of the acts involve partial nudity and revealing costumes. The host MC adds comedic relief throughout the show and even performs a breathtaking acrobatic skit with the lead female cohost. The show also features audience participation, which was fun and very entertaining.

One of the most memorable acts was a remarkable display of strength and balance by two male performers who seamlessly switched positions without ever touching the ground. The show also features a seductive and provocative acrobatic performance by a female artist, involving a giant martini glass filled with water. There are other skits that include sexual situations in bed, so be prepared…. the heat is on!

While the show can get a bit silly at times, the overall atmosphere is sexy and alluring. If you’re looking for a thrilling and unforgettable experience in Las Vegas, this show is definitely worth checking out. https://thestrat.com/media-and-press/news-press/rouge-the-sexiest-show-in-vegas
