NBC Seafood in Monterey Park- Dim Sum, Shellfish & More-April 2023
If you’re in the mood for some top-notch dim sum, NBC Seafood in Monterey Park is a must-visit. The restaurant is a favorite among locals and tourists alike, and for good reason. Their extensive menu boasts a wide selection of choices, including pork, beef, and seafood. During our visit, we were blown away by the shrimp hargow, scallop & shrimp dumplings, and shrimp with rice noodles. Each dish melted in our mouths and was served with a delicious dipping sauce that complemented the flavors perfectly.
Although most people come for the dim sum during lunchtime, the full Chinese menu is also available for those who prefer a heartier meal. We decided to try the Dungeness crab with ginger sauce and were not disappointed. While it did require some effort to extract the meat, the experience was well worth it. We also highly recommend the seafood pan-fried noodles, which were truly out of this world. The Chinese broccoli was another standout dish – healthy, delicious, and the perfect complement to the rest of the meal.
The manager, Kenny, was incredibly accommodating and made sure to check on our table throughout our meal. He also gave us great recommendations on what to order. The attention to detail and level of service at NBC Seafood was truly impressive. It’s no surprise that the restaurant is always bustling with customers – the wide variety of choices and consistently excellent food make it a must-visit for anyone in the area.
